Operator

A SF Operator is the cornerstone and beating heart of the Special Forces Group. They are the primary choice for the most demanding and sensitive missions. The education path to becoming an SF Operator is highly selective, focusing not on finding the best individuals but the right individuals. Traits such as trust, loyalty, self-motivation, self-discipline, and being a quiet professional are essential.

After passing the rigorous education path, you will be appointed to an SF team, which forms the baseline for any deployment. Within this team, you will receive a primary function, such as medic, breacher, communication specialist, or sharpshooter. Operational teams are organized into a squadron structure, whether land or maritime based.

Our land-based squadron specializes in O2 freefall jumping and complex land operations. Our maritime-based squadron are experts in maritime special operations, including subsurface capabilities.
