As every year, the Ministry of Defence will play a prominent role in the festivities in Brussels, and we will be there!

Traditionally, the ‘Feest in de Warande’ (Party in the Warande) is organised, also known as the ‘Defence Village’. Here, the public can learn about the various components of the Belgian army, view equipment and attend interactive demonstrations. Here you can also find us for information about our unit and a small “shop” with Special Forces gifts.

National Parade: In the afternoon, the traditional military and civilian parade takes place, accompanied by an air show.

Activities: in addition to the Defence Village, there will be performances, the Bal National on Vossenplein and a fireworks display to end the day.
